Booku (Ultimate Edge Sdn Bhd) does not provide refunds for purchased digital items. Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not shorten your current subscription period.
We provide digital content delivery online, and users will receive the content in their accounts by downloading it from the internet.
Payments are processed securely by Fiuu (credit/debit card, FPX online banking, and e-wallets). If a payment or download fails, use the Contact Us form in the app or email support@booku.my with your transaction reference — we'll sort it out.
